Delete your Pattlist account

You can permanently delete your Pattlist account and its data at any time, either in the app or by emailing us. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the Pattlist app and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner to open User Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by tapping Delete Account again.

Your account is deleted straight away.

No longer have the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Pattlist account”. We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel Pattlist Plus. If you subscribe, cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions so you are not charged again.

What we delete

  • Your account and sign-in details: name, email address, profile photo and linked Google, Apple or GitHub sign-in.
  • Lists that only you use, along with their items.
  • Your purchase history, which is used to personalise recommendations.
  • Your memberships in shared lists and any pending list invitations.
  • Push notification tokens and Pattlist Plus subscription records held by us.
  • API keys you created, which stop working immediately.

What we keep

  • Shared lists you own are transferred to another member, and items you added to shared lists stay visible to the remaining members.
  • Records of Pattlist Plus billing events, identified only by an account ID, are kept for accounting and fraud prevention.
  • Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within 30 days.
  • Purchase receipts held by Google Play are governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
